The Israel Homeowner website and the services provided on it and in conjunction to it (the "Services"), are offered and provided to you (the "User" or "Member") exclusively under the following terms and conditions of service and use (the "Terms"). By accessing and using the Services, you agree that you have read and understand the Terms and that you agree to be bound by them, without limitation or qualification. As used on this website, the terms "we", "us", or "our" refer to Ripas Ventures, Ltd. d.b.a. Israel Homeowner.

Member Registration

By registering with us or subsequently changingyour personal information, you certify that all information provided by you is accurate. As a registered member of Israel Homeowner, you can change your password and other personal information, with the exception of your registered username, at any time and without restriction. If you forget either your username or password or both, you may request themby simply providing us with your registered e-mail address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. You agree not to provide your username and password to any third party. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your username and password or any other breach of security related to the Services.

WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY SAFEGUARD YOUR USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD, OR TO OTHERWISE COMPLY WITH THIS SECTION.

Changes in Terms andConditions

Israel Homeowner may modify or terminate its Services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without obligation or liability to you, any other user or any third party. Israel Homeowner reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Such changes shall appear on this page. Your continued use of the Services shall constitute your acceptance and acknowledgement to any new or modified Terms, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms, without limitation or qualification. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Services.

Real estate agent or broker ads are permitted

All agents/brokers registered in the system must declare and identify themselves as a business entity using the website for business purposes, and certify that all information they provide is accurate.

Our website has been developed for the "For Sale By Owner" real estate market, although real estate agent or broker ads are also granted access for advertising.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE YOUR REGISTRATION AND/OR POSTINGS, WITHOUT NOTICE, IF WE, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, DETERMINE THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED OUR POLICIES, OR OTHERWISE VIOLATE THIS SECTION. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE USE OF THE DISCUSSION FORUMS AS A MEANS FOR PROMOTION, EITHER BY ADVERTISING PROPERTY FOR SALE OR POSTING AGENT OR BROKER CONTACT INFORMATION.

All content on our website, including, but not limited to, any advertisements, postings, writings, graphics, discussion forums, chats, software, surveys, polls and all other Services (the "Content") is the property of Israel Homeowner and is protected by Israeli and international copyright laws. Conduct and Behavior

Although we believe in having spirited open and active debates among our members, staff, and experts, we ask that it is done in a lawful and civil manner, by posting messages in our discussion forums or store and service supplier ratings. Israel Homeowner does not control the Content posted in the discussion forums and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Accordingly, you agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use nor allow others to use your membership to:

• impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, Israel Homeowner staff, Israel Homeowner experts, forum moderators, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

• WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
• ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Israel Homeowner with respect to the subject matter hereof, and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or negotiations between you and Israel Homeowner with respect to the subject matter hereof. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. These Terms and all matters relating thereto shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its laws concerning choice of venue. The court of competent jurisdiction in Tel Aviv, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine all disputes arising in relation to these Terms.
